What happens after the free trial?
When a trial promotion is active, billing starts automatically the day the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Cancel in one click from your account page. Details are in the terms.
Do my customers see Wrap365 branding?
No. Shop OS, proofs, and customer links carry your shop's name, logo, and colors. Wrap365 stays behind the curtain.
Is the 3D Showroom included?
Two halves. Studio 360, the 3D design tool, is live and free for anyone to use, with no account: load a vehicle, lay film on any panel, place artwork, and read the square footage. The Showroom, which saves that design onto a work order, scans the customer's own vehicle and sends a branded approval link, is in beta and rolling out to Ultra shops first.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Charges already made are not refunded, including a charge that lands because a trial was not cancelled in time.
Who owns my data?
You do. Customers, work orders, and photos are yours, and you can request a full export at any time.
What does setup look like?
We provision your workspace within one business day. Ultra includes migration of your existing customers and jobs plus onboarding for the team.
